Traci is an executive leading a team of over 1500 professionals across EY’s Americas Consulting and EY Parthenon practices; focused on helping clients realize value from data via the application of AI, automation and advanced analytics.  Traci has deep experience helping clients define their data and AI strategies supporting the development of new business models, organizational and technology planning, methodologies and value measurement.  Traci has teamed with executives at multiple Fortune 20 organizations in this area including not only establishing their strategies, but also supporting the realization of them through full implementation.   

Traci focuses on building sustainable data and artificial intelligence capabilities that move beyond experimentation and prototyping to full production scale systems and teams.  She has deep expertise leading programs leveraging unstructured data (text, voice and IoT) including large scale conversational AI and text-based analysis for large corpuses of documents for both value generation and regulatory needs; including leading the creation of a patented AI platform.  She has experience in product centered data strategies on modern architectures; treating data as an asset to generate value.  She is an avid speaker on developing diverse technical talent and is a regular guest lecturer at Columbia University in the Quantitative Intuition course within the executive education and MBA programs.
