As well as using his insightful grasp of the art of the possible to help achieve enterprise-wide transformational solutions to propel growth, high-level performance, and process improvements. Zane has championed cross-business collaborations and multidisciplinary teams to bridge data sets, break down silos and create imaginative procedures to modify mindsets, model behaviors and ignite profound and sustained change — a trademark of his career. Zane chairs the EY Energy Trusted Executives Roundtable and is one of the firm’s advisors to various advisory boards and corporate executive teams. Zane holds a Master of Science in Information Management from Syracuse University.
